Refund & Return Policy

At Sculpt & Glow we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, unworn, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, shapewear, bodysuits and beauty devices can only be returned if unopened and unused.

How to start a return Email us at jsinester96@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with the return address and next steps. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank it may take extra time for the refund to appear.

Damaged or wrong items Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items Sale items and gift cards cannot be refunded. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect
